Customer satisfaction is our #1 concern and always will be. If there are obvious defects in your order, missing items, quantities or anything else that reasonably suggests we have made a mistake - we will make it right. We do however ask that you provide images of any product issues when requesting a return as it allows us to launch a Quality Control investigation to stamp out the root of the issue. While we have yet to see any significant quality control issues in our product, we remain vigilant on behalf of our customers.
We ask that you initiate any request for replacement, refund or otherwise within 30 days of your purchase. Our bars are mostly organic and have an expiration date of 537 days from the labeled date of production. However, because of the fresh nature of our bars we recommend consuming within the first 120 days for the best taste experience. Customers that request refunds because bars are not "fresh" or as "soft" as a bar produced within 120 days will most likely be denied a refund unless there are extenuating circumstances that warrant a refund.
