Favorite Battle Bars flavor? S'Mores
When do you use Battle Bars? I use them when I’m rushed for breakfast, on-the-go traveling, on the course during practice, competing and need energy but I'm too nervous to eat a whole meal, after workouts with a shake....so many situations!
#WhatsYourFight I find the most motivation in the fact that I have this ONE life and this one chance to do something great. When my LPGA journey came to an end, I had to figure out who I was without golf. After a few years of settling into my new life I found a different perspective, I matured, I married an amazing man and I became a more confident version of myself. With or without golf. When the opportunity to compete in World Long Drive came along, it was like a 2nd chance for me. I get to be a part of the world I love so much but this time without all the fear and self doubt! No regrets.

Nicolai Myers
Nicolai is an Army veteran and a recognized competitor in the world of fitness. He served in Afghanistan as a UH-60 Blackhawk door gunner, and has won numerous strongman/fitness competitions, such as: America’s Strongest Veteran, Strongman National Champion, Worlds Strongest Man Top 5, MD and WV Strongest Man
Favorite Battle Bars flavor? It's close between the Blue Falcon and PB...but Blue Falcon so far is my favorite! It has the texture similar to a rice krispy treat with the flavor of blueberry yogurt and I like both of those.
When do you use Battle Bars? I use them typically if I’m in a hurry and don’t have time to get a meal. Usually in the AM when I’m leaving the house, I grab a bar and a banana just in case. But they are actually programmed into my diet for my second meal on my non training days because they have everything I need wrapped up into that bar! It’s also a good substitute for me post workout!
#WhatsYourFight I live and active lifestyle, always on the go. Competing in Strongman at a World level requires a lot of eating, training and recovery. Battle Bars simply fit the bill. Not only is it a fellow veteran run organization, but they make GOOD $H!T. Whether I’m competing in Worlds Strongest man or just need something quick so I can run and gun for the day, Battle Bars are my GO TO.
André Crews
André Crews is the Owner and Head Coach of 150 Bay CrossFit in Jersey City, NJ. He is also Men’s Health Magazine’s Fittest Trainer! But he wasn’t always so fit. André graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a BSBA in finance and spent the first 3 years of his professional career as a corporate banker who spent more time at the bar than with a barbell. André left banking and started his fitness career in 2012 to pursue his passion to motivate, challenge, and inspire people to be the best versions of themselves! Andre lives in Jersey City with his wife Sinéad and their Golden Retriever Hawley!
Favorite Battle Bars flavor? Blueberry Falcon
When do you use Battle Bars? I usually have a Battle Bar after coaching 5:30am, 6:30am, and 7:30am classes to give me some energy before doing my own workout!
#WhatsYourFight? As someone who left an unhappy career and toxic lifestyle of corporate banking, I fight everyday to lead by example for my members, inspire my thousands of social media followers, and to live a long and healthy life for my family!
